The Etiquette Advantage® offers instruction in English as a Second Language and the business and cultural communication skills that lead to transcultural success. Jane Hight McMurry's interest in global communication began as a student at Oxford University in England. She founded the first English as a Second Language program in the Research Triangle Park in North Carolina. Her experience includes teaching at UNC-Chapel Hill, UNC-Wilmington, and BB&T University.
